April, May, June, September, October and November:
11am - 6pm, Tuesday to Friday
10am - 6pm, Saturdays and Sundays
Closed every Monday
July - August:
10am - 6pm, Tuesday to Sunday
Ticket office closes 1 hour before the site's closing time.
Allow at least 1 hour 30 minutes to explore the Arnaga universe.

For wheelchair users, to access the ground floor of the Villa, the accompanying person must assist them up the ten or so steps of the porch to reach the vestibule, where a wheelchair will be provided by an Arnaga guide. As the site is a listed Historic Monument, there are no facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility at the entrance to the Villa. The Stables, the Orangery, and the formal gardens are wheelchair accessible. The English garden, however, is not wheelchair accessible due to its uneven terrain.
Dogs are not allowed on the property, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind.
